Since 2018 I have worked as Service Business Developer in the B2B imaging and printing management business. My responsibility has been to manage and develop the local service portfolio for device centric and software services according to ISO/IEC20000 standard. I have ensured that services are productized and launched according to company service standards, with high quality sales supporting assets and that new services have a clear positioning and go-to-market strategy. The position requires close collaboration and teamwork with a wide range of stakeholders: service organisation (management, field and professional services, service desk), sales management, marketing & communications professionals, European service development, B2B legislation (GDPR) and order & contract management.

Previously I worked 2 years as Partner Manager in international SAAS sales. As a sales team member I managed the strategic internationalization project and negotiated with prospects, business partners and stakeholders in Finland and in the Netherlands.Heeros_Factuurcongres.jpg

My role also included collecting new business requirements, coordinating application interface testings and preparing releases with product managers and agile development team. I kept the Development Roadmap up-to-date, created and executed annual marketing plans (including English, Swedish and Dutch websites) and sales supporting assets.


 

Key achievements:

1. Exporting the Finnish financial management application to the Dutch market and launching international business operations during 2013-2015 was a success story. I negotiated the first local e-invoicing solution deals in the Netherlands, developed strategic partnerships, organised workshops and managed Dutch and English websites.

2. Working at Nasdaq companies and executing best practices was motivating. At Cisco Systems Intl BV my role was first Revenue Accountant and then Financial Analyst, a key team member in one of the largest European Finance operations at the time. I was supervising for monthly EMEA sales closings with global Logistics and ERP specialists and for the liability of the EMEA billing system. I also worked in the Credit & Collections team, participated in the outsourcing of EMEA invoicing and K2 contingency project. In 2000 I moved to Cisco Systems Finland to bring more efficiency in the travel expenses and payables processes. Soon I got promoted as Project manager of the Nordic e-Procurement project.

3. In the past I helped many SME's and organisations to set up up and maintain their web sites, managing social media presence, advising on internationalisation, building service concepts and translating sales material or applications from Finnish into English and Dutch.
